Rose City Pepperheads Lime N' Da Coconut


We take the juice of the coconut and shake it up with the Habanero pepper. Mix in some pineapple juice and, well..need we say more? Yummy! It's like a Pina Colada in a sauce - use this on coconut shrimp, over cheesecake or ice cream. Glaze over chicken, pork or fish. Top cucumber slices with a mixture of lime coconut and cream cheese.
